Great home builder. Staff is very knowable and friendly
these guys are terrible, they cut the internet to my next door business and have physically threatened me among other things.
I have been an Everett Customer (Actual Homeowner) for 10 years now and I could not be more pleased with my home built in 2011. The Earth Advantage Gold Rated home paid my Dec Mortgage via Energy Cost Savings each year (savings of 50% over avg PDX classic homes). Building Construction (interior and exterior) has survived 10 years of extreme summers and winters and the home still has a "like new" look and feel.
