Don't go here, they only care about charging the insurance company and if you talk to the manager or supervisor, they don't do anything to help people, no matter what type of cancer you have, they will make you suffer, they only care about money.
My hematologist and now oncologist is good. Unfortunately she's leaving the clinic. Just as I am being evaluated for cancer. My bone marrow biopsy was done on April 23rd and told it would take 2 weeks to get the results. The results came back on April 26th, but my follow up appointment isn't until May 24th. Called to get either a yes or no for cancer so I don't have to worry for a month, but the clinic policy is not to give answers over the phone. It's money over patient care now that Optum owns the clinic. And of course I c... read more

My doctor is wonderful I give him the highest rating possible. The ability to contact any one to assist you with a problem is nearly impossible. The chemo care nurse line is useless they do not respond,when they do they are not helpful. There lack of doing anything to help fix a problem is nonexistent. There lack of doing there job,has resulted in me being without my oral chemo medication for a week. The insurance companies have reached out to them the pharmacy has reached out to them.
