Do not use this company they are incompetent and will way overcharge you.the pay sheet was all screwed up.stole **** from me and charged over ***** for a title search.now I have to spend more taking them to court. Tell the reality co you don't want to use them. Anybody but everest settlement. I had to leave one star or it would not take my review otherwise I would give them minus stars.
