I had an ok impression on these guys. They watch TV while filing taxes. They mistyped by tax details and I corrected them myself. They are lack of concentration. They are knowledgeable but be careful. And the waiting time is almost 5hrs in April so make sure you get exact timings. They waste a lot of time just by looking and walking around. They charge reasonable price but it changes drastically. I wouldn't go to them again but just be careful.
