Great service. The technician is very friendly and knowledgeable about oriental rugs. I contacted Everclean for two of my carpets. They organized the schedule to fit mine, picked up the rugs, cleaned, and returned on time. The cleaning job looked pretty good too. Will definitely keep them in mind next time I need anything about rugs.
