Nice and very helpful
I initially was really hopeful for my treatment at Evercare, however the quality of care I have received since has been greatly reduced. Dr Julie O’Connell has not once been on time to an appointment with the longest wait time being 2.5 HOURS! And I received no communication from the practice informing me of her delay in time. I couldn’t do anything else with my day and it is not the first time, and hasn’t been the last. And the support from admin for complaints or updates is mostly computer generated if you want to call. Evercare is incredible! Convenient, appointments available when needed, and great practitioners. Easy to book and the app gives us so much more ownership over our healthcare. Very calm space with kindness from everyone. My kids feel safe and are developing independence in their own medical care thanks to the support of the Evercare team - receptionists, nurses, doctors. It’s a pleasure every time!
