I recently attended the Evercare Clayfield clinic for the first time with back pain that had not improved after a month of physiotherapy, remedial massage, and anti-inflammatories. All of your doctors are terrible. Show up 30 minutes late. Looked like they just rolled out of bed. Don’t even know what they are looking at and tell me they don’t know what to do and don’t know what any of this means. Extremely unacceptable and unprofessional behaviour. I have tried out nearly all of Evercares doctors. And all of them are terrible. I now understand why it’s only $20 per month. Please get new doctors who know what they’re doing and know what they’re talking about. They don’t even know how to read a CT scan.

How Medical Clinic should be run. Can do everything from the app, booking the time, confirm the appointment, change the appoint without having to wait on hold and be asked if I’m suffering from anything that I would normal see a Dr for. Post visit updates, Escripts, results of tests and Dr letters posted to the app. Absolute game changer!!

Dr Julie O'Connell...attitude of disinterest, boredom, lack of checks or questions was not only completley rude but in my opinion bordered on medical negligence.
