How Medical Clinic should be run. Can do everything from the app, booking the time, confirm the appointment, change the appoint without having to wait on hold and be asked if I’m suffering from anything that I would normal see a Dr for. Post visit updates, Escripts, results of tests and Dr letters posted to the app. Absolute game changer!!
Dr Julie O'Connell...attitude of disinterest, boredom, lack of checks or questions was not only completley rude but in my opinion bordered on medical negligence.
I've had excellent care since joining Evercare several years ago. Being able to see a doctor the same day—even if my regular GP isn’t available—is incredibly reassuring. I also love the flexibility of choosing between video telehealth and in-person appointments to suit my schedule. The app is fantastic too—having my medications, health records, test results, and referrals all in one place makes managing my health so much easier.
Great clinic and the app makes it super easy to book appointments. The flexibility of evenings and weekends is also really helpfum. While there is a small membership fee, it is worth it for everything that is offered. Can easily access all scripts, lab results, etc. in the app. Both Dr Mahler and Dr Walsh were wonderful and I would highly recommend them. Welcoming atmosphere and timely with appointments.
