Buyer beware. Their level of care is substandard. My Dad enrolled in EverCare’s Managed Long-Term Care Plan via Medicaid as he recovers from a stroke. His services with them started on July 1. His ”dedicated care team” has left a lot to be desired. I’ll do my best to clearly lay out concerns. He was approved for 70 hours of home health aide per week. well I have to say I'm having a bad experience with evercare they gave my father 16 hours a week and it was good at first in July they came out to check on him because I had some concerns they said he was fine with the 16 hours a week now the past month-and-a-half I saw big changes in my father I put in for 30 hours a week I got denied my father doesn't know how to use the phone anymore can't call me I had to get a house phone he knows how to pick it up but still can't call me from it he forgot how to use his microwave so th... read more
