Love this gym - it is more than four walls with exercise equipment inside - it is a family. No matter your fitness level, your age, your weight, - all are welcomed with open arms. They make you feel so at home and as if you are a part of the family. Need help, need motivation? Join the Biggest Loser and get support from your coaches and teammates. Can't say enough positive things about this place! See you there!
I think it is so fun. They have so many things to do. You can play basketball, do Zumba, yoga, etc. It is so fun to me and hopefully you, too. If you haven't tried, go try it. I think you will like it.
