RecommendedI love the classes. I have knee problems and instructors help me modify moves so I can do them. If I ever retire I will be able to take advantage of the daytime classes that are knee friendly.
Such a wonderful family atmosphere! I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else!
The classes are very helpful and the instructors let you work out on your abilities and don’t push you in something you can’t do they show you modifications of exercises, they are really nice and helpful.
This gym rocks! So friendly and helpful! Lots of lifting others up!
