Pilates on Friday was so awesome! I am in love with my reformer machine...those exercises worked, as I can feel my shoulder blades and the inside of my legs quite well today, lol! I swear I have never seen 45 minutes fly by so fast as when I am doing pilates :) This studio is amazing...you need to come and visit and give it a try. There are so many different levels offered with many different ways to bless your body with good health. Come on...give it a go!
Paid them for numerous sessions since they offered a discount thinking they could work with a plus size women and it was not a good experience. I was actually miserable after 3 sessions. Bad language barrier and she was not on time. When I tried to get my money back, it was made clear it was toughcrap. Really a shame. I was recuperating from cancer surgery and wanted help.
