The best! It's great for beginners as well as advanced practitioners . 730 is a perfect time slot and teachers are excellent.

Simply cannot live without Tetyana and Wendy! :) Have been going 2-3 times weekly for over 2 years to reformer and yogalates and they have changed my body and my attitude. The small classes with lots of personal attention are not only fun but literally LIFE-CHANGING! By far the best investment you can make to maintain and improve your health.
Been going to this studio for a little over a month. It's been a wonderful experience. All the trainers are very nice and supportive with no judgement. I highly recommend this studio.
Thoroughly enjoyed today's Intermediate Pilates class at 12:30! Did standing moves on the moving carriage amongst many other challenging exercises. I love how at the beginning of class Tetyana always asks " is there anything special you want to work on today?" One of the many differential advantages of Everbalance. Instructors always trying to deliver what their clients need. Don't stop at beginner reformer Pilates - push yourself! the rewards are worth it!
