What stood out most to me about Ever Clean Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning was their absolute honesty throughout the entire process. The technician came in, assessed our carpets and upholstery and did not once try to invent problems or push services we did not actually need. We recently adopted a new puppy and he had quite a few accidents while we were training him. My living room was starting to smell terrible and I was embarrassed to have my friends come over. I called Ever Clean Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning hoping they could help me fix the mess. The technician was so understanding and did not make me feel bad about the stains at all. The carpet under my desk gets very matted down and dirty from my heavy chair rolling around. I decided to treat myself and get the carpet professionally cleaned for a change. The young man from Ever Clean Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning was very polite and worked carefully around all my computer cords. The carpet cleaning made the fibers stand straight up again and it looks so fluffy now.

My doctor suggested getting the dust out of my floors to see if it would help my breathing. I reached out to this company in Pearland because they had such good ratings online. They were very thorough and paid close attention to the baseboards where dust always hides. Ever since they did the carpet cleaning I have been sleeping so much better at night. I wake up without a stuffy nose and it is wonderful. They really care about the health and comfort of their customers.

I called this company to clean a 5X9 area rug. we talked about it and she quoted a price of 320 to take the rug back to the shop and do a deep clean over a couple of weeks. When the Tech arrived he said that the cost would be 3 time the original quoted price. When I talked to the person who took my call in the first place she gave me a lot of double talk about the technician making the determination about the price.
