I had the absolute best experience. I had been to one other store the same day but didn’t find the dress that I just loved. Caelin was so attentive listening to what I wanted (and didn’t want) in a dress and had me share pictures of what I was looking of. She helped me get in and out of each dress, was so knowledgeable, and I had such a great time with her and my friends and family. I have nothing but amazing things to say! Every single part of the experience was amazing but especially the staff and dress options. Sydney was my stylist and she was so attentive and amazing at finding dresses along with what I described but also found ones she thought may look great as well! I ended up making one of her suggestions my dress and could not be more thankful! 10/10 recommend and have nothing but amazing things to say! The manager there (can’t remember the name sadly) was incredible as well!
I had such an amazing experience here! Vivian was extremely attentive and knowledgeable and helped pick out so many dresses to try on that matched my tastes exactly! I came to my appointment alone but felt like I had a best friend there the whole time with how warm and eager she was to help me find the dress of my dreams! 1000% recommend:)
TLDR: 20 out of 10 experience. Catilyn was a dream to work with. I stopped in on a random Saturday just to check out their inventory and found a couple of dresses I really loved. Catilyn answered some of my questions and got us setup for an actual appointment. The day came and while it was a busy shop day, I felt very catered to. She listened and really understood what my vision was for my wedding, and my clothing style. Her personality matched and elevated our group...
