You owe it to yourself to sit down at Eventide and experience the *magic.* My brother told me that it was the best seafood restaurant in Maine...I haven't been to all of them, but it sure would be hard to beat the tasty treats I had at this exquisite gem. The lobster rolls are top-notch and the oysters are super fantastic. Oh and that ice cream sandwich...whoa. I drooled. I honestly felt like royalty in there!

The staff of Eventide - in the busiest times - greet you with a high level of professionalism & calmness. It is a uniqueness that I've not not found at other restaurants. Had a dozen oysters that were outstanding - along with the coconut green curry lobster chowder - craving it all day.
Hands down the best seafood I have ever had. The oysters were killer.

If you are into raw Oysters this might be the place. If you are looking for real Maine seafood it is not worth your money. The love lobster roll was about 2 tablespoons of lobster... brownish because of the browned butter and a doughy looking roll that was 3 times the size of the lobster in it, not $15 worth of lobster roll, the fried oysters while good was definitely a tapas sized plate.
