The sweet and sour octupus, lobster stew and brown butter lobster roll were off the charts!
The atmosphere is fun and relaxing, the service is amazing and the food WOW!!!
I don’t even know where to begin. This meal was the best of my life. Tuna Crudo and lobster roll are must haves. Lobster ceviche, oyster roll, and octopus are all top notch. Oysters were amazing. The ices were great along side them. This is a cannot miss place.
Awesome! Everything was totally amazing. From the fresh, just shucked oysters with two sauces, to the out of this world lobster roll with brown butter, to the blue fin crudo, clam chowder, fried oysters and grill octopus. And don’t leave without their ginger sugar cookie, blueberry I cream sandwich. Perfect way to top off a Wicked Awesome meal/experience! Go early to put your name on the list and then walk around & shop the old port. DO NOT GO TO PORTLAND WITHOUT EXPERIENCING EVENTIDE!
We had the best time at Eventide! Amazing service, fresh oysters and clams and superb cocktails (oyster shots and dirty, dirty martinis)!
The most phenomenal lunches ever. That lobster roll and lobster stew!!!!! Sublime. And lovely friendly staff.

This came highly recommended and it did not disappoint. Despite being crazy busy on a Tuesday night, the staff was awesome and helpful and the food was fresh and delicious. And best of all, we had my vegetarian son with us and the menu included a delicious tofu burger. Everyone had a great time!
Very pleased with my experience here overall! We came for late night, the place was bustling and we were politely ushered over to a waiting area, where one of the waitstaff promptly took our drink order. A nice touch. Upon being seated, we were promptly waited upon and well advised as to how many dishes we should order. Our meal was absolutely delicious, came quickly and was presented beautifully.
