Amie was soo amazing to work with! She was on top of every little detail throughout the wedding day and even took my photography needs into consideration. She was so friendly and helped the day run smoothly. I will highly recommend her to any of my couples looking for a coordinator!!
Beyond grateful we had Amie as our day-of-coordinator! She went above and beyond just “day-of” and helped us feel so at ease throughout the whole planning process. I feel like "thank you" doesn't even begin to cover how I feel about having had Amie as our coordinator. Truly can't imagine the day going as perfectly as it did without her. She helped my mother and florist set everything up, ensured the catering ran smoothly, all while rearranging the day of timeline due to a quick rainstorm. Amie, was on top of it and even with a small hiccup (the rain), she made sure that I didn't have to worry about anything and the wedding moved forward smoothly. THANK YOU so much, Amie!
I highly recommend using Eventfully Unique and Amie Ingram as your wedding coordinator. My wife and I got married at Rist Canyon Inn in Laporte, CO on July 12, 2025, and Amie was the contracted wedding coordinator provided by the venue.
