This is a scam, do not rent this venue!! This place seemed a little off to me from the beginning, but I met Tori (the owner) in person, and paid her in full for the venue. I have a contract with Tori, but due to COVID my event was cancelled in February; my event was scheduled for April. At that time I was in full contact with Tori and had agreed to wait for a date when i would be able to have my event.
