Arrived at 8:30 pm after their delivery window from 2 - 5 pm. There was NO communication or notification from Rothchilds AND we had NO 'after hours' contact information, leaving us helpless, stressed and trapped. The bride/groom-to-be, family and friends MISSED their rehearsal dinner! We were ALL scrambling until 10:30 pm setting up the venue.
