Two cancellations in a row. Seems to be a frequent issue here based on last review. Not even sure why I continue to pay my membership fee. Choose another location Update as of 8/2025: cancellations continue to be an issue. Not even sure why I bother with this location. Considering cancelling at this point.
*UPDATE!* Because I've been going here for a while now and my consistent go-to therapists for headache and tension remedy are Crystal and Greg!! Hunter moved to SATX! Crystal specializes in deep tissue massages, so you're getting QUALITY pressure release. Greg is so sweet and he really knows what he's doing. Hunter was FANTASTIC! Unprofessional and unreliable owner/management.
This place is terrible. Constant cancellations. Completely undependable. I have been a long-time customer of Massage Envy at Circle C, and I have finally reached a breaking point over these past few weeks. Over the years, I have consistently experienced several cancellations, but I have always been very flexible in getting things rescheduled. Had an opening same day. The therapist was wonderful. A nice end to end the day. The desk staff was friendly too.
