Unprofessional and unreliable owner/management.
This place is terrible. Constant cancellations. Completely undependable. I have been a long-time customer of Massage Envy at Circle C, and I have finally reached a breaking point over these past few weeks. Over the years, I have consistently experienced several cancellations, but I have always been very flexible in getting things rescheduled. Had an opening same day. The therapist was wonderful. A nice end to end the day. The desk staff was friendly too.
Ok place for consistent massage. Not sure if they are professionally trained. Arya is one of the best but she uses a lateral (side-to-side) force on neck tendons which is not best practice and very uncomfortable. Just let her know beforehand not to do that.
