My husband and I have been members at the Circle C location for years. For the most part, we both have had great experiences. My complaint is more for the corporate side/membership options. It would be really nice if Massage Envy created a family membership plan. I visit a lot more than my husband does and he has racked up so many credits that he will never use. This location is charging me a monthly fee 10 months after I cancelled. The manager “Sarah” is never available but had emailed me I would get everything refunded and the charges would stop. That’s yet to happen. Do not get the membership here, they’ll want you to pay for it for the rest of your life.

Told My Membership Was Terminated. Charged Anyway for 8+ Months. Refund Promised, Then Denied. I was a member of this Massage Envy location for three years. Because I travel frequently, I accumulate credits and use them in batches — not unusual for someone with a busy schedule. In September 2025, I called to check my remaining credit balance.
