This place should be sued. And I'm a lawyer, so I am considering it. They require a manager to cancel your account and surprise surprise the manager is always "busy." The manager's name is Sarah Warren. I physically turned in a cancellation form and I guess it just got thrown away. My emails to this business are ignored. I was provided with the manager's email address, which only bounces back. Phone/voice messages are left for the "manager" but the manager never calls back. Having to dispute charges with my bank. Unethical company - will continue charging after you cancel your membership. This is the third time I've called my bank and sent them the contract I signed to cancel. Stop charging me, I signed your cancellation contract. Apparently there's no manager on duty so they're going to keep charging me for another 6 months. Massage envy is evil and there's a reason it's got so many complaints from the better business bureau.
Two cancellations in a row. Seems to be a frequent issue here based on last review. Not even sure why I continue to pay my membership fee. Choose another location Update as of 8/2025: cancellations continue to be an issue. Not even sure why I bother with this location. Considering cancelling at this point.
*UPDATE!* Because I've been going here for a while now and my consistent go-to therapists for headache and tension remedy are Crystal and Greg!! Hunter moved to SATX! Crystal specializes in deep tissue massages, so you're getting QUALITY pressure release. Greg is so sweet and he really knows what he's doing. Hunter was FANTASTIC! I usually go in for relaxing massages but this time I knew I needed a deep tissue massage to help with my headaches from tension and stress.
