I researched reviews from clients at several different Massage Envy locations and found the clients at this location were more highly satisfied with services provided at this location. I've been coming now for about a year and consistently experience great service and professional massage therapy. The treatment rooms are always clean and comfortable. There have been the occasional scheduling error / need to reschedule an appointment, but at those times front staff have always been respectful and helpful with rebooking.
Finally found the best masseuse in Austin! Ive had many massages over the years from several different places (high end included) and no one has ever relieved my back pain until now! Greg is the guy to see at ME in Circle C!
I have been a member of the Circle C location for about 7 years, and until recently loved the place. Unfortunately the customer service has now hit rock bottom. The manager Sara and the front desk staff are incompetent, and refuse to follow-up and rectify their errors. I now have to contact the Fraud Department at my bank! I am sick of trying to deal with these people diplomatically, when they continue to give me the run- around. Dee Dee
They just cancel every appointment you will make and you can never use your credits. Make sure to stay away from Lindsey at the south location. She never comes in to work and just cancels every shift she has. Very unprofessional management at this location.
