Told My Membership Was Terminated. Charged Anyway for 8+ Months. Refund Promised, Then Denied. I was a member of this Massage Envy location for three years. Because I travel frequently, I accumulate credits and use them in batches — not unusual for someone with a busy schedule. In September 2025, I called to check my remaining credit balance. I usually book last minute and hop between therapists and locations- but Greg gave me the best massage ever! I will definitely be coming back and seeing him again!
This place is super dirty. Everytime I come in here I start coughing.
Poor service, and it’s getting worse. The Circle C location had great massage therapists but I that is not the case now. My wife just got a 90 minute massage she described as the worst she’s ever had. We’ve struggled with this service over many years, going through periods where we just give up and pay to go elsewhere for massages. Massage envy is not a great value.
