Seraphina has planned two incredible trips for us and I cannot recommend her and Africa Dynamics highly enough! Her communication is always prompt and professional and she has even gone above and beyond to expertly troubleshoot a couple of unexpected visa/flight issues for us. The camps she has relationships with are top-notch and offer the best food and most knowledgeable and personable guides on the continent. Look no further than Seraphina to craft a custom trip to Africa- she is the best!!
We could not have had a more seamless experience. The phone app specific to our trip was incredible with every detail and timeline. Seraphina was so great in asking us questions about what we wanted and her building a perfect experience. Her guidance made this a wonderful trip journal. Every "camp" we were in was filled with lovely, caring people.
Seraphina at Africa Dynamics was referred to us by an acquaintance who had traveled with them the year before. We had an amazing safari in Kenya and Uganda for our honeymoon thanks to Seraphina! She was so helpful through every step of the process. We had only the vaguest idea what we were looking for but she steered us through the process from choosing a country to picking the right camps to managing our itinerary. The experience was seamless - everywhere we stayed was excellent and all the transfers went off without a hitch. Would totally recommend her to anyone looking to plan their first safari!
