The Evenly experience for my daughter and me has been excellent. The initial scans and such were done at our local dentist office. All the support staff were helpful and very competent. The invisalign technology is very intelligent and well developed. Office visits are minimal as a result. Keeping efficiency in mind, we would like to see a more proactive process and communications to ensure key appointments are scheduled timely by Evenly to keep patients on track. Overall, we still highly recommend this 5-star company!!
I went to free consultation in Oct 2024, with Primrose from Evenly at my dentist office(Atlantic Dental) in New Smyrna Beach,Fl. Primrose was nice and set me up to get the aligners with no down payment no interest plan, and said that I could come in monthly instead of having my teeth scanned from home through my phone. This is Bate and switch! I received a contract stating I would make payments at 22%, which was not what I agreed to. I complained, they cancelled that contract. It’s self serve braces. They spend virtually no time with you to show you how to scan. I wish I’d gone to a real dentist or orthodontist for $5700.
