If you’re looking for a forever home with an amazing community and staff this is the place. I’m in search of a new home and today my kids and I walked in and we were immediately greeted by Sam. He helped us and answered all the questions that we had. His hospitality is out of this world. Very nice and friendly and extremely professional and patient. Thank you Samuel for helping us today. Thank you for making us feel home.
Sam was thoughtful and detailed which we appreciated! He knows the property, made us feel welcome and at home during our tours. Follow up was timely and made sure we knew about the amenities and the importance of follow up and taking care of the people that live there- even the took time to show us the care for our dog. Thank you and this is a great property.
This place is beautiful and managed extremely well. I moved from another Fenton property in Tierrasanta and they clearly have the same standards when hiring people in the leasing office. I feel like they would take care of anything and everything immediately. Also, did I say it’s beautiful? So glad I moved here. Having my own garage is huge, too!
Best tour I've had so far! Huge thank you to Sam for showing my family around, we’ll definitely be coming back soon with the rest of the family. Moving away from the place you grew up can feel overwhelming, but Sam made us feel completely at ease.
