Been staying at this location a handful of times since August 2025 and sad to say things have gone from bad to worst. The service is inconsistent and was giving the staff time to get better due to it being a new hotel. After a year, the decline in attention to basics has led me to this review and decision to find another place to stay when in the area. We have stayed 3-4 times here with a pet during our road trips. This April (‘26), when we were at the hotel they said the pet fee has been raised from $35 to $65(we have a small dog). They do not advise the fee anywhere and so it is impossible to know before hand or while booking. We asked to talk to the manager, got the run of the mill answers, they texted them etc., nothing happened. We talked to multiple ppl at reception, same answer. There was a small refrigerator in the room but no microwave and the water really only got to a high warm temperature, never even a bit hot.
Went check in and wanted to switch my room that had a king to 2 queens. The girl at the front desk said she could not cause I booked through a 3rd party and then said she had no queens available. While I was standing there I went on the website and it showed they have queens available. Called her manager and she also gave me some song and dance. Then she went in her office and then came back in 20 minutes and said for an extra 80 dollars she can do it. Now this hotel seemed not very full and it was crazy for all this hassle.... read more
Perfect location, nice rooms, immaculate housekeeping and nice little bar/cafe. All at a great price. Highly recommend this place.
