So happy I was able to make it and found out they are open till 10pm! This place was wonderful and the staff weee all sweet. Ann was amazing and there was never a dull moment with her! Will always come back when I’m in Houston area.
Had a horrible experience today. Walked in, and a man kept yelling for Mai to come out and assist me with my pedicure. When Mai came out, you can tell she did not want to service me. She had an attitude the whole time and rushed the whole process. I will not be going back here.
The ARE NOT OPEN at 0800!!!
Horrible service. Went in for soak off and over lay and they literally had me soaking off my nails for one hour while they kept doing other peoples nail at and letting other clients still come in right before closing time when they weren’t even done with me. Don’t come in here unless you want your time wasted.
I would NEVER recommend this place. They lie about what colors they have, they get upset when you choose a color and the bring you different color and you explain that’s not the color you asked for. All of their tools are dirty. They do not clean anything and use it on everyone. They have terrible customer service. If you want cheap nails done terribly then this is your place. If you want a decent experience, spend your money elsewhere.
