My wife came to visit this doctor and had arrived 10 minutes EARLY to her appointment instead of 15 minutes early which is what was requested via email. The very rude receptionist at Village Medical in Leesburg went back to ask the doctor if she could still be seen. My wife was then turned away because she wasn’t 5 minutes earlier to her appointment.
