I enjoyed my cleaning. It was professional and made me feel welcomed. We had a good conversation about food and stuff to do in San Diego.
It was recently brought to my attention that I had been with Dr. Ascough for close to 15 years. What is the Ol’e saying, time flies when you’re having fun, could anyone have ever imagined having fun going to see their dentist, but over these years going to Dr. Ascough and her staff has been a pleasure, to you and all your colleagues and staff that have served me over these last 15 years Great Job, and thank you.😁
As usual my cleaning was well done and double checked to make sure. I was not rushed in to hurry me out to get to the next appointment…that speaks volumes for me!
They have been charging me extra every time without providing details of the invoice. When I confronted them, they said “oh this time gave you a discount that’s why it is cheaper now” which is not true! Make sure you ask for a detailed invoice every time you get something done! I will not be going here anymore!
I had a new Dental Hygienist during my visit last week to Dr. Evelyn G Ascough's office. My new hygienist was outstanding, thoroughly quick, and very gentle; I felt no pain and she checked in often during my cleaning to ensure I was comfortable. Dr. Ascough followed up at the completion of my cleaning to examine my teeth. My hygeienist did such an excellent cleaning there was nothing more for Dr. Ascough to do except look over my teeth for cavities or irregularities and then let me go!
