Dr. Eve Ladwig-Panousis delivered all three of my children, and I truly cannot recommend her enough. She is an exceptional doctor and an even more wonderful person. Throughout each of my pregnancies, she was incredibly patient, attentive, and compassionate. She always took the time to listen carefully to my concerns and answer every question thoroughly. Dr. Ladwig has been such a wonderful OB/GYN for me during my pregnancy. I can’t say enough good things about her and her caring team. She's incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, and genuinely a fantastic person and doctor. I always felt truly seen and my concerns were taken care of right away. On a side note, I delivered my baby at El Camino Hospital, MTV, and the entire team there was also amazing. They made the whole experience even more special. 🙏🏼
While she may be an excellent doctor, the process of scheduling an appointment in September for the following June, only for it to be canceled in April with the next available date being a year away from the first booking date, is unacceptable. We all have busy schedules, but accountability is crucial. If appointments a year in advance can’t be properly managed, then they shouldn’t be allowed to be booked in the first place. This situation is simply not okay. I wish I good give zero stars!
It took 5 months to get an appointment. When I arrived I was told Dr Ladwig was running 30 mins Late. After 40 mins waiting I asked how long more and there was still one more patient before me. I asked for a rescheduled appointment as I had to pick up my daughter at daycare and they could only accommodate something 5 months from now. My patient experience was just very disappointing and there was little concern about patient's time, responsibilities or medical issues.
