The staff didn’t seem friendly at all I signed in and they called people who signed in before me I had to ask them about my appt The person who did my mammogram was not friendly either I was very disappointed in the service and care I won’t be going back
They were respectful and the guy that done my test talked to me the whole time ant the staff were great
I had a good experience there for my mri. Easy to deal with. Had an appt at 4 and was 15 mins early. Didn't have to wait at all, got me in right away. The person that did the mri was really helpful and made the process go smoothly. Which was nice due to the fact it was my first mri and I barely fit inside the drum/ mri machine. Not the type of business I would like to get into the habit of frequenting, but if I needed to, I'd return for sure.
This was the first time coming to EVDI I was very happy with the staff here!!! The one I visited is in East Mesa.
I had a Great experience at EVDI! ALL staff were incredible. Very friendly and professional. Great service as well, would highly recommend them!!!
I ve been going there for years. Im always seen promptly and on schudule.
I guess each EVDI facility is different depending on staff. The one on E Warner was not as warm as the one on Chandler Blvd . The receptionist was professional and thorough but not friendly nor warm. Sheri who was my Mammogram tech was not warm nor friendly either. She was rough even though I complained . I will not return to that facility. EVDI is very efficient during the entire process of checking in, the testing and post testing. The people are very nice and make you feel very comfortable.
Very courteous and professional. Do their best to minimize waiting time.
