Both the gals I had were excellent! Miriam and sorry I don’t remember the other girls name. Everybody from check in on me feel very comfortable. The only downside was the day I visited I was there 30 minutes prior to my appointment time and I still had to wait another 25 minutes after my appointment time till they took me back. I know that happens sometimes but when you have to work it can be frustrating.
Service is good at EVDI Imaging.

I really do not want to ever go back to EVDI! First, I was given a warm bottle of barium to drink! When I asked why it wasnt chilled, I was told they were not allowed to chill them at any of their facilities due to a refrigerator at another office breaking down. Really?? The LEAST EVDI could do is to chill that nasty drink!! Second, I arrived on time for my CAT scan at 1015.I was told that I would have 45 min to drink my warm beverage. Great service. I went in without an appointment and was seen pretty quickly. Very efficient process. I was out the door within the hour.
Excellent staff. All my appointments were on time. Caring and compassionate technicians.
It was a really friendly place got in-and-out of there without a wait I will definitely go back there
Have been to Baywood breast imaging in the past with no issues. This time I think I was working with a fairly new tech. She took way too much time and had me compressed to the point of pain and feeling faint. If possible I will request a tech with more experience.
I have been to EVDI Tempe many time in the past. The staff in the front was very nice and helpful . The tech of mammogram was rough this time (2/14/18) she was not friendly nor kindness. My problem was with the appointment department . They required more view after first mammogram with ultrasound, I called and find out that I have to wait another 3 weeks to get it done. She told me everybody need to wait because they were booked and that is shout be.
