I didn’t get all the info when scheduling. I made a 12pm appt so I arrived 20 minutes early (on my own accord) assuming I had to fill out paperwork (which consisted of 2 electronic signatures) only to find out the check in is at 12pm but the appointment is at 12:30pm. That was not conveyed when I scheduled. Also when scheduling I asked if I needed to bring anything and they said no, but apparently I was supposed to bring the print out from my primary. RecommendedI would recommend EVDI to Anyone if you make an appointment I never wait I always get in before my appointments everybody’s courteous cheerful and kind and that’s the nice thing most of the time there’s something wrong that’s why we go there i’ve always been treated with respect and that’s important to me. I would give them five stars out of five stars
