My mammogram was scheduled at a site that doesn't do 3 D's. I didn't know this until I was in the room and the tech told me. The receptionist should know that at the front desk.
What was great about it was even though we didn't have an appt. we were walk-in the wait time was not bad.
They are all knowledgable of what they are doing. Did good job, more power. thanks..
Have always gone to the Desert Breast Center Baywood as service is always exceptional and very timely. Went to Dobson location and check in process was great. Unfortunately I was there about an hour before my mammogram. When asked to arrive 30 minutes prior to appt time I think is fine provided then that the patient receives the service at the scheduled time. The Baywood location does a better job at ensuring this.
They were very courteous and attentive.
Very professional and compassionate.
