Very prompt service. The staff were very nice and helpful! Definitely would recommend!
I was a half hour late for my appointment. After a brief wait not more than 10 minutes they ushered me in for my mammogram. The technician was very thoughtful and quick. Everything went well and right after, took me in for my DEX. An easy, breezy visit. They have always been prompt and organized. I have used EVDI for over 20 years, no complaints.
Checking in was very easy, and they were polite. When it came time for my MRI, there was some confusion as to what test to do, so they verified with my doctor. It did take awhile, but I was glad they did, as I received a more thorough test. My IV was started in 1 attempt, very smooth and easy. The tech explained the procedure and time as the test was happening. Overall, nice people and facility. (Tempe facility)
In 20 years of mammograms, this was the nicest,most patient and helpful tech. I've ever had .. truly a gem. NANCIRAE is wonderful. I'm over obese and difficult to work with, yet she was so skilled and gentle !!!! But....your signage really stinks! Great to know you are a smoke free campus ... but put a sign at the back entrance door that big , please! I had to walk way to far as I got lost .. very difficult !!!
I had a 7:30am appointment. I got there early because I needed to be at admitting in the hospital by 9:30am for surgery. I didn't get out of there until 9:45! A mammogram had to be taken so they could put a wire in to indicate where the cancer was in my breast because it was so small. The room that they put me in didn't have all of the additional parts they needed and the technician kept leaving the room to go looking for stuff. I have used EVDI three times within the last month and had a great experience each time. Everyone was very polite and professional, from checking in to the techs. The follow up with results are quick and really show compassion. You are treated like a person not a number. Thanks for a calming experience at a difficult time.
Everyone is always so friendly and things are done so efficiently. Great experience!
Good employees and quick service. I only wish there was a price sheet for the services provided instead of hiding behind the fact that the prices are different based on the insurance provider.
