I came to EVDI for an open MRI. I was checked in immediately. Waited maybe 5-10 mins before being called back. The techs were friendly and helpful. They explained everything to me before the procedure. The MRI was completed in about 35-40 mins., then I was done and on my way home. The total experience was good and I would recommend this facility to friends and family.
I had used them for years, and find them efficient & always capable.

The staff at EVDI are great and the wait times were more than adequate; however, the MRI machine broke down on two separate visits, which required me to reschedule twice. I was finally able to get my test on my third try. Then it went without a hitch.
I was very well cared for by the staff. They all were very nice and ...well caring. They made several scary procedures and test bearable if not easy. I would just have liked to know about some of the post exams restrictions ahead of time to make arrangements.
Fantastic job on my fluoroscopic guided hip X-ray. Everyone was great. Stellar experience. Dr Matt was just fantastic.
The technicians were all very nice and sensitive during my tests. My only issue would be the doctor that came in to give me my results. She had no bedside manner whatsoever and acted like she had no time to offer me any resolution to what could be causing my pain. I am so thankful to be healthy and not have any life threatening concerns but the doctor could have been a little more helpful but she just came in, said everything was fine and did not want to spend anymore time with me at all. Hi I'm Tracy Holloway... my appointment was at 3:30 and I got there at 3:25 I had to procedures scheduled and I was literally home by 4:00....I was very impressed with the services I received at EVDI... Everyone there starting from the front registration to the ultrasound and X-ray departments was very professional friendly and nice.... Every department was very welcoming and made me feel very comfortable..I had my two grands with me and I thought we would be there forever, but we were in and out within 35 minutes...I couldn... read more
