Really this is the cap all the hair came off
Walking in the was place smelt musty, then I waited to get my hair done for 5 hours then when I finally got my hair permed and washed she made me wait for 3 More hours! Washing someone else’s hair, even though I came before them all!!! very unprofessional 😤 I had somewhere important to go (my own sister’s funeral) which was at 7 and it’s 5!!!
