4 stars, honestly the reason they didn’t get 5 was really not their fault. Yesterday (Thursday) my trucking company called the local Palmer leasing group in FORT WAYNE Indiana, to inquire about replacing my cracked windshield. FORT WAYNE advised they would not be able to do this repair until Monday and even then it wouldn’t be a guarantee. So Palmer in Fort Wayne called here (supposedly) and set this up.
