There is not a Genesis dealer in Evansville, IN any longer. New owners dropped the Genesis car lineup. They cannot service Genesis vehicles that need warranty work or have prepaid service agreements (Genesis free service for 36 months for example).
Sold me a Gv80 $4,000 over sticker price an now they no longer offer service for these vehicles. Forcing all of those who purchased a genesis to get service 2-3 hours away. Despicable. I will walk before ever going back to this dealership.
I have a 2021 genesis I bought from genesis Evansville. I called to schedule oil change and was told they no longer service genesis. The closest genesis service is two hours away. I bought this vehicle for the ease Of maintenance service and the perks of the valet service. I was left speechless at what they told me I could do. They told me I could bring it to the Hyundai dealership, they would tow it the 92 miles to get the oil changed, and then tow it the 92 miles back.
