Everything! To the receptionist, hygienist, and dentist! Very calming for a person who was experiencing anxiety since it had been a great length of time of not receiving care! My mouth was a literal mess! Time I walked out my first visit, I had a plan plus upfront knowledge of cost with no surprises! Very, very pleasant visit and atmosphere! The staff is personable, easy to engage in conversation.
Very calming staff and environment. My son had to have a little dental work done, Genna kept him at ease and numbed him up without him even realizing what happened. I still don’t think he realized he had a shot in his mouth. I love that the whole office works so well together. Throughout the appointment the front desk kept me utd on charges as they were deciding on what procedures were needed. Reasonable costs as well. Best experience I’ve ever had in a dentists office.
