Ineffective Maintenance & Unresponsive Management
Overview: I moved into the property at 1518 Sherman Avenue (formerly known as Sherman Grove Apartments) in August 2014. It had a lot of issues because it is an old building but LDP Management, the former management company, worked magnificently to make up for the building’s shortcomings by always responding promptly and effectively to any issues that came up.

Really Bad Company for running apartments .The office staff are Very Rude People not kidding . It's alway's your'e problem not there's? The people they send out to fix the issue's are scary, you start to wondering if they even know how to fix anything. And what's even the weirdest thing too me is they drive around the buildings back in fourth sit in there cars watch you ? walk around the apartments kind of like they spying on you ,Why I say this is because if they had something to do they would do it then go. But trust me it's not that , very creepy and then we they see you they leave , I wasn't the only one that noticed this ,My other neighbors saw it too. Also one last thing toilets overflow all the time , water run's slow in the showers ,sink's back up and overflow all the time , dishwasher breaks down, doesn't wash & water comes up through the sink,bug's mice. really I could go on & on Place looks like a Million Bucks but it's not trust me Not Worth the rent Boo Yaw Baby Im out YES

I used to think I was the only one that had problems with the ENP . First the Leasing Office , All the Staff are Rude , Dont Know Anything , No One is Ever Around ? Have no Answer's, Just want that Money Honey :)
Come up with every excuse when your having a problem in your own apt , They make it seem like Everything is always your fault , When you ask for a Jantior to come out , They drag it as far as they can ?!
The rent is High , The places Look nice OH Yeah , But then they start falling apart . Lilttle by Little ,Over Flow of Toilets , Sinks Over Flowing , Fuse Boxes always Blowing Out ?
It's Like they covered a Bad Wound & now the Bandage is falling off . I used to Live there , I went through it , So did my neighbor's . Thank God I'm Free of that place
