Had a stress echo today. Staff were friendly and professional. Made the test a much better experience than I'd anticipated.
Excellent care provided to my mom in the ED following an unfortunate fall while traveling to the area for a wedding. We had the most efficient ED experience and the entire team was compassionate and collaborative. Shout out especially to Dr. Ackerman for the top notch care.
I’ve been pretty disappointed with Endeavor lately, but today my son had an MRI and it was such a positive experience. Nadine, the Child Life Specialist, was like an angel. She truly exemplified the care medical providers should be giving. Despite the situation, my son said it was one of the best days. She made sure my son was comfortable and understood the test. This hospital is incredibly disrespectful. The only people who were somewhat kind were the registration staff. When you get your vitals checked, the nurses are rude. The doctors are okay, but they didn’t really address my needs or concerns. And the wait time was extremely long. I came in there for an asthma flare-up and I was hard of breathing. They had me waiting for three hours, almost four.
