I had a wonderful experience at Endeavor Health Evanston Hospital where I delivered my baby girl. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel comfortable and supported during such an important time. The doctors and nurses were incredibly kind, professional, and attentive. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt safe and confident throughout the delivery process. ER with an average wait time of six hours. Staff at the front desk was absolutely unprofessional and lazy. Nursing and medical staff were fine.
