Concierges were argumentative. They refused to get a supervisor and to validate a parking according to the Evanston Hospital website.

Joseph Raviv is an UNETHICAL, TREACHEROUS DOCTOR that performs UNNECESSARY SURGERIES on patients for additional insurance money. I visited Dr. Raviv in 2014, and all I needed was endoscopic sinus surgery (where the surgeon widens the sinus passages to promote better drainage). However, when I was sedated, he threw in an UNNECESSARY septoplasty that severely narrowed the right side of my nasal airway. For a first class hospital, the parking charges are a disgrace. Anything more than 30 minutes is $4, whether 31 minutes or 6 hours. This puts all the physical therapy patients at a total disadvantage as it does for many getting tests which often take 45 minutes.In the digital era, there is no reason why there could not be an hourly or two hourly charge.
