Dr. Widen is an exceptional doctor who always goes above and beyond to help me feel better. I highly recommend him. I had a shoulder problem that he resolved with just a few visits. The staff is also very prompt and efficient.
We have been going to Dr Widen for probably 25 years. We were always happy with the service as well as the ladies at the front desk. Not so much today. I called to see about getting my husband in today, which understandable, sometimes it is not possible. However, Denise, at the front desk was not helpful, and to say the least was rude and made me feel like I was taking up her time.Have insurance, but they I guess needed to call and verify. They refuse to see patients that don't have a physical copy of the insurance card even though they have the policy number on file from previous visits. Guess I'll be finding a new chiropractor!!!!
