Susan Evans Is the professional who gets it. Honesty, integrity, excellent communication skills, a great eye with highest attention to detail. When we listed our home in October of all months, we never expected it to sell. Susan came in and added pictures, plants, rearranged and showed us what to remove to make the rooms seem more opened. To our surprise the house sold in 10 days!! We know this would not have happened without Susan's eye for staging. She made the house look like the model homes. Thanks Susan!!!

Susan staged our loft style condo. Due to the unconventional layout, it was very important to display the potential for our large unit. Susan also helped select paint and colors that improved lighting and helped accomplish a quicker sale. We had a signed agreement within 45 days.

Susan staged a home for me recently and although the home was already in great shape, she had the ability to really make it show ready. In addition, she provided additional services by adding some furnishings to really add to the already nicely staged home. I believe that by doing this, that helped my home to sell very quickly and we actually received multiple offers within 2 weeks of listing.

Susan provides excellent customer service and is very talented in designing and layout of both existing and new construction staging. This home was in the half-million dollar price range and was not selling, in fact it was on the market for 90 days before I was able to convince my seller to stage the home. Once Susan staged the home it sold the following weekend. She is amazing and I highly recommend her staging services.
