I don't currently live at Evans Ranch but live in another complex in the area and am looking for a new place. I have to say, after visiting a bunch of different apartments in the Stone Oak Area, this by far was the most welcoming and friendly place I went to. The customer service provided was exceptional as soon as you walk in. You can tell they want to work there and that the apartments are well maintained and taken care of. Once my lease is up this is the next place I'll be.

I love this community! The staff here is always friendly and they truly make Evan's Ranch feel like home. I would recommend Evan's ranch to anyone looking for a beautiful, luxury apartment complex.
