My Mom needs help ever since her Stroke, on our initial visit for exam both me and my wife helped her in and I waited till they were done in the waiting area, there was no problem... and they were busy !! today we came out to pick my Mom's glasses up, get inside and the rude female at the door tells us only 2 can go in !! Today I had an appointment scheduled for 4 pm. I left work 2 hours early to accommodate the appointment time. Unfortunately I was running a few minutes behind in traffic and called ahead to inform the receptionists. They said not a problem we will see you soon. Arrived at 4:10, waited outside the door, following the instructions posted on the door, for an employee to let us in. When we were let in it was 4:12ish and I was informed they had a 10 min late policy that required the appointment to be rescheduled. I mentioned that... read more
