My Mom needs help ever since her Stroke, on our initial visit for exam both me and my wife helped her in and I waited till they were done in the waiting area, there was no problem... and they were busy !! today we came out to pick my Mom's glasses up, get inside and the rude female at the door tells us only 2 can go in !! Today I had an appointment scheduled for 4 pm. I left work 2 hours early to accommodate the appointment time. Unfortunately I was running a few minutes behind in traffic and called ahead to inform the receptionists. They said not a problem we will see you soon. Arrived at 4:10, waited outside the door, following the instructions posted on the door, for an employee to let us in. My kids saw Dr. Oakley and she was the kindest most knowledgeable eye doctor! We finally got many questions we had answered and my son finally got the prescription he needed. Highly recommend EPF Kids!

Absolutely the best eye care. My son who is 12 was fitted for contacts for the first time and saw Dr. Finney. She was so good with my very anxious son! Her approach with her patients is very impressive and she is very kind. The staff that helped him were also very patient and kind. I will definitely be switching to see Dr. Finney from now on. Highly recommend Grant street Evans, Piggott, and Finney eye care group!
