I wish I could put zero stars! I have been going here for about 1 year, all of my providers have been awesome, until I went today and was seen by Danya Rowan’s. She’s rude, and can careless about helping me with refilling my medication that I’ve been on since 1997. She definitely does not need to be in such a position of power. She is the absolute worst provider I have ever seen. If you plan on making an appointment here. Be sure you are not seen by her. I will say again the ABSOLUTE worst out there.
I used to respect EMC, even left them a glowing review last year after one of their Toadies cajoled me into leaving a review. I have since deleted it, as quality of care has declined significantly in the past six months or so. Jennifer is a great nurse, genuinely cares about her patients, too good for this place. Other employees, well, I feel like just another schmo in a poorly-run clinic. They need more people who can find a vein (blood draw), need to actually follow through with referrals when promised, and treat patients ... read more
Unfortunately this place is very difficult to get clear responses from. It doesn't seem they respect you very much. This especially applies to invoices, normally I would take care of these at the time of appointment/service and even ask if there are any other I need to take care of. They call and expect you to do it day of, no respect of your time. I recently received an invoice due the day of without warning or notice. I wasn't aware of these expenses at all. The office was very clean and the pictures were hung appropriately. The receptionist was very kind but it seems as though she is new and didn't have help to do simple tasks as it appears she may still be learning. We were required to come into the office for them to fill out a boy scouts physical form even though our child was in 5 months ago for his annual physical.
