My water heater broke on a Sunday. Evens was there first thing Monday morning. We're very careful to protect my carpet while they were working. Explained to me why the water shut-off had failed. Polite serviceman who completed the task and respected my property.
Kyle was efficient, professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous.
When my AC had the audacity stop working on the hottest day of the week I called Evans Heating & Air at 8am for help. The person answering the phone was so helpful and got me all scheduled for a technician within 5 mins of answering. We were kept up to date on the estimated arrival time all morning. The technicians were very friendly, knowledgeable and had my house cooling off within 30 mins of their arrival. Fantastic service and I highly recommend them!
Joe was wonderful! Both guys were great ! Very professional ! very educated on all my questions 👏 Made me feel very comfortable ! Also very courteous clean and did a wonderful job with everything! from now on the only company I will be using is Evans heating and cooling for all my home needs.
