We had a very frustrating experience with this company and would not recommend them. We were told our furnace’s circuit board was dead and were given two options: replace the furnace due to its age or install a new circuit board. Since we just needed it to get through the rest of the season, we chose to replace the circuit board. Unfortunately, the “fix” didn’t even last 48 hours before the furnace stopped working again. The crew from Evans Heating & Cooling did a efficient and high quality installation of our new Furnace, Air conditioning unit and Thermostat. The outside work was completed in cold rainy conditions. We are thankful that Evans advanced the install date because our old furnace failed when during cold weather.

Andrew the technician arrived on time, right to the minute. He did the annual servicing of the heat pump and furnace. He explained everything he was doing and the good results of the testing. I would highly recommend Evans Heating & Cooling.
