Custom Sectional missing a piece! Was never ordered? Never made any attempt to rectify the problem!

We are sorry you are not happy with the custom order you placed. All of the details were thoroughly discussed prior to ordering and you did not order the piece you state is" missing". As explained by our salesperson, this manufacturer does not offer the size you would like to put in the center, an armless loveseat. The warranty is a fricken Joke ! They tell you and promise everything to get you to buy it but try to do a claim that you paid for ! Bullshit ! .... your lucky if someone even answers the phones ! LOOK ELSEWHERE YOU WILL BE HAPPIER ! I wish I had !

Arnold Valenzuela was a great help when me and husband were looking for a futon he showed us the sleeper couches and found us the one that fit our needs and color scheme also we had purchase a dining table a couple years back and we needed a couple chairs he managed to order us matching ones which was a relief l. I had a wonderful experience shopping at Evans in Yuba City all due to my salesman, JustinTillis. I was looking for a La-Z-Boy recliner and he helped me pick out the perfect chair for me. Justin was very comfortable to talk to and I would highly recommend Justin when you go in to shop.

Half of my sectional has hard cushions and the other half are soft. I just wanted them to replace the soft ones and they never did. I had to call over and over and over. They told me that there is nothing they can do. Really upset me when I spent 2000.00 on the coach and it's not right. They never returned phone calls. I will never shop here again.
