Their customer service was top notch and they even rearranged basically everything for us in order to make the delivery work- which was just above and beyond our expectations! Arnold Valenzuela was the best! Informed, professional, patient, salesman. Loved that Lazy Boy is connected to Evans Furniture. Arnold was such a great help narrowing down my multitude of choices. Great set up with decor and furnishings and fabric choices. Will definitely be back and refer to my friends!

Sales lady was fairly rude and assumed we couldn't afford their overpriced show room. After offering up little assistance and mentioning financing she basically deserted us.. Little did she know I have great credit, cash, and plenty of Credit Cards.. oh well her loss..Will purchase my furniture and Mattresses else where.

furniture breaks after 2 years and the warranty doesnt cover anything but a stain. you cant talk to them because your warranty has expired and the extended warranty you paid for dont cover the spring shooting into your butt. save your money go somewhere else. I bought a couch loveseat and two recliners along with 3 beds and dining table. The jokes on me for spending so much money there.

You purchased an optional Accident Protection Plan that covers stains, tears, rips, water rings, etc that are "accidental damages" not wear and tear, and not an extended warranty on manufacturer defects. There is no warranty that covers wear and tear, offered by any manufacturer. We are sorry you are not satisfied with your furniture 4 years later. great selection of fine furniture for all budgets. the people here are very helpful especially Arnold who was very attentive and gave us an unimaginably great deal. he was very kind and helpful. We are so grateful for his help. We definitely left happy and love our new sofa!!!
The salesperson Flor was amazing and friendly. We looked in other areas for what we wanted, but was pleased with Evans prices and we kept it local. Thank you happy customer

My fiancé and I made the decision to gift ourselves a new couch for Christmas, so after a ton of research, we decided to go to Evan’s. Aimee was incredibly helpful from start to finish, from helping us find the style we needed to making sure the measurements would accommodate our living room. Ask for her when you go in, she was awesome! The warehouse team was great too! My only advice... Don’t skimp out on the delivery!
