My hubby and I walked in and not too long after that Mr. Villanueva made contact with us and let us know he'd be around if we had any questions. He didn't follow us through the store, he didn't bombard us with questions not did he try to persuade us this way not that way. Very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and very kind!

Manufacturer defects are only covered for 1 year, which is standard in this industry. Our manufacturer's stand by their product against defects during this 1st year. We offer an optional, 5 year Accident Protection Plan which covers "accidental damages" to your furniture, which may include stains, rips, burns or other such accidents caused by humans. I bought some furniture. Unfortunately there was an unusual manufacturing problem that had occurred over time. I was easily able to switch it with another piece that I really LOVE. My salesman was Todd Silveira. This guy is The real deal !!! He has a lot of knowledge and will point out details when comparing items you are interested in.
