Shannon and Tina is why I am giving this property one star and they are only receiving the one because I have to put something. These have to be the two most unprofessional individuals I've ever encountered. Instead of providing me with contact information as requested these two decided to continuously hang the phone up in my face, not answer, and then call NCPD. I highly recommend!! Very quiet neighborhood, comfortable and spacious homes!! The office staff, Ms. Shannon and Ms. Tina are wonderful, they are willing to work with you and make each process run smoothly. Good people and great value!! I love my new home!!
